I always like to go into the store and talk to someone. A lot of times it isn’t as much about comparing one product to the other as it is about talking to someone who can assess your needs and make a recommendation based on that. There are also “deals” that you can ask about. Last time I went into the Verizon store I could have gotten a more advanced phone, but they had a deal where they were giving the Motorola Droid X2 away, 2 for $99. I went with that deal because this way I was able to get my wife and I both new phones.
