I’m not clear. Where are you getting the past drawings and dates from? Is that the data you have in these older spreadsheet programs or is that what you need to bring into these spreadsheets from some other source.

Depending where you are getting the source data from, sometimes you can easily grab that data and export it to a CSV file which would make this easy. If you are going (for example) to old online newspapers to get the info then you might be able to get the RSS feed and then write a macro to grab the data.
